And, is one single thing that can get you there and is by building customer relationships... But, how are going to do this?

- Don't try to sell them right from the start by sending solo ads, you can start making money from start by putting a small classified ad at the top of your email newsletter and another one or two at the bottom.

- You can also add a list of the top 5 resources for your niche. These resources can be affiliate programs related to the content of your newsletter.
