I was browsing around my friends blogs from EFX2Blogs, and I drop by my friend's Jeffro new blog "Jeffro2pt0" where he blog about all type of Web 2.0 tools and services, and by the way he does an excellent job reviewing social netoworking sites so we do an inform choice on which Web 2.0 service are we going to use to socialize online.

Well, after doing some speed reading on his blog, I found out that his a hosting a free podcast show with another friend about basic search engine optimization or SEO for beginners. I listen to a few of the podcasts and I found it really informative... And if you know me already I don't recommend anything if it doesn't have a good value for my readers.
